At Fergfab we have over 15 years experience in the business of designing and building everything from custom parts to complete race cars.  Our lead fabricators and designers have built record holding drag cars and sand racers. We’ve manufactured complete vehicles under contract for national companies, as well as many toys for ourselves. Some of our staff has worked on national race teams, and made guest appearances on Monster Garage, and Junkyard Wars. We are a real company with a real building, located in South Phoenix. We don’t compete with the guys that build cages and accessories in their garage, or import items from overseas. Our standards are much higher. Because we build our own products here in the USA, we can control our inventory, certify our materials, and ensure our parts are built right and in stock when you need them.

We produce a full line of bolt on and replacement side by side parts and accessories.If you own a Polaris Ranger, RZR,  Yamaha Rhino, or Arctic Cat Prowler we carefully craft our roll cages, cooler racks, door bars, light bars and canvas tops in house.  We also carry a full line of billet accessories. If you are  looking for a mirror, wheel spacers or replacement parts we have likely have it stock. We are constantly developing new products, not copying the competition.

Our products are designed for fast and painless installation plus the added value of quick access for routine maintenance. We use solid modeling software when designing our laser cut tabs and CNC machined parts. All of our products have been extensively field tested to discover any weak links. If we find a problem we fix it, and we are always looking at how to make our products better and safer.  Each cage is bent and welded in a custom fixture. This mean your friend’s cage will be the same quality and fit as yours. Not like some of our competitors that “build no two alike.” We purchase product liability insurance ask; the other guys if they do?
